No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products purchased through our website.

All sales are considered final.

Exceptions – Wrong or Damaged Items

We only accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged during transit.

If your order falls into one of the above exceptions, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel by emailing sales@shadespk.com.

To process the return, you must include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear pictures or videos showing the issue
  • Your contact details

Refunds (If Applicable)

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following options:

  • A replacement of the same item (subject to availability)
  • Store credit
  • A refund to your original payment method (only if replacement is not possible)
  • A discount coupon code

Please allow up to 7 working days for refund processing once approved.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item sent was incorrect or damaged.

Please note that shipping costs may be deducted even if a product was purchased with “free delivery”.

If a return is authorized, we will cover the return shipping in cases where we are at fault.
