Delivery Coverage

We currently ship orders across Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after business hours will be processed the following business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–3 business days
  • Other Areas: 3–5 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, courier delays, or high order volumes.

Shipping Charges

  • Flat Rate: PKR 300 for all orders
  • Free Shipping: on select orders

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery service nationwide. Please ensure your contact number and address are accurate to avoid delivery issues.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation message with tracking details via SMS or email. You can use the tracking number to follow your shipment’s progress.

Delays and Undeliverable Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect shipping information. If a package is undeliverable due to a wrong address or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at sales@shadespk.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
